Huw Kingston is an adventurer and environmentalist who treks, kayaks, skis, rides and rows on long and challenging journeys. He raised $100,000 for Save the Children specifically for children affected by the Syrian crisis on his recent 13,000km Mediterranean journey. Huw has received many awards and honours including being named by Time Magazine as one of its 25 Worldwide Responsibility Pioneers for his work on reducing bottled water consumption in 2009, the Australian Geographic Spirit of Adventure award in 2015, being appointed a Fellow of the Royal Geographic Society in 2016 and most recently being announced as of one 30 Influential Leaders by AACSB, the peak body representing 750 University and other Business Schools worldwide. Huw is also an Ambassador for Save the Children Australia.
