A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Masters in Gastronomy through the University of Adelaide, Jacqui is resident gastronomer at Sydney Living Museums and where she explores our history and heritage through food. She hosts colonial gastronomy programs, investigating the type of food eaten in Australia’s historic houses from gruel to banquets and getting a real taste of these past lives. She hosts regular colonial gastronomy programs at many of Sydney Living Museum properties and is the Cook in their food history blog The Cook and the Curator. She shares her knowledge in her book Eat your history and has curated the menu for the 1836 Settlers Arms Dinner this year.
